- Number of applicants: The number of people you are asking Vietnam visa for. It ranges from 1 to 10 people. The more people you have in a group, the better deal you gain.
- Visa type: There are 4 types of visa categorized into the length of stay: One month single, one month multiple entry visa, three months single and three months multiple entry visa. Single entry visa means that you just enter and exit Vietnam once. If you enter and exit Vietnam more than once within 1 month to 3 months, you are highly recommended to apply for 1 month multiple and 3 months multiple.
- Port of arrival: You will choose one of Vietnam International airports that you are going to land: Noi Bai airport (in Hanoi), Da Nang airport (in Da Nang), Cam Ranh (in Nha Trang) and Tan Son Nhat (in Ho Chi Minh city).

- Processing time: You will choose the suitable service for processing the visa letter: Normal service takes 2 working days, urgent visa takes just one working day. The fastest one, super urgent takes within 4 working hours. It is recommended that you get ready for your visa letter at least 2 working days before your departure to avoid any hassles.
You then continue the visa application form with your personal information includes: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, the passport expiration date and date of intended entry and exit.
You need to make sure that your personal information is correct as shown in your passport so that we can process your approval letter with exact information at Vietnam Immigration Department.
2. Pay service fee online
