If for any reasons you wish to cancel your visa request at www.vietnamvisavoa.com before the order is being processed, you can do so without any penalties or charges by emailing to support@vietnamvisavoa.com. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, no refunds will be given after your visa request is being submitted to Vietnam Immigration Department. 

In case of denied applications without changes or changes are made in appropriate time, we will refund clients 100%, with errors made by client, we will not take any responsibilities for this lost; with our company’s errors, we will refund 100% fee or arrange the new one correctly.

This visa is applicable to air travel only, so by applying through our website, you agree that you will fly to Vietnam in order to get your visa stamped at Vietnam Airport. We will not refund in case you DO NOT enter Vietnam by air once your visa is approved.
