Together with issuance of E-visa launched since January of this year, the Prime Minister of Vietnam officially approved extension of visa waiver program for visitors from: the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. This policy was piloted in July 2015 and has been extended in two consecutive years until July 2018 as a part of boosting Vietnam tourism industry.

Yet, being citizens of countries listed above, you are just completely qualified to get visa exempted if:

– Staying no more than 15 days in Vietnam

– Travelling with passport having at least 6 month validity since your actual arrival date

Special note: For return trip, you to have wait 30 days since your latest exit of Vietnam
